Well I am no pro, but thought I would share my winter project. I had these up on the "other" site. Just thought I would share some ideas with everyone. I make these for flounder, but have caught blues, stripers, and croaker on them.
Leader- 20-25# fluorocarbon Hook- 1/0 Eagle Claw Lazer Sharp
I have different bucktail and squid bodies to put on. Everything was purchased a Cabelas (PA). I have used swivels at the end or tie a loop to hook to my main line. On all my main lines I have a snap swivel for quick rig changes. I use a snell knot for the hook and place a dropper loop halfway up for my sinker. All colors and combinations have worked for me. If you try it, good luck and have fun!!
