Matey
You were the Bunker connection last year...
Anything new for this year? I'm going to assume Almost Everyone will be taking the Dip real soon and trying their luck at Stripers.
Let us all know! Ryan

Ryan, just got off the phone with my bunker connection. we can do it again this spring. same deal as last fall. email or call me your orders by 10am on tuesday and i will have it at myhouse on thursday evening. same as fall price $50 flat.
On another note we will be able to get surf clams for the spring too. these are in the shell and we will be ordering them the same way we do bunker. i will have a price in a day or two.

Jeff (or anyone), I'd like to get a flat or half flat soon if available but I'm still hi and dry for a few weeks. I know fresh is best but is "fresh frozen" workable? Juggling funds for bait this year, I may not have it when I want it so if possible, and effective, I'd like to buy some and freeze unless it's not as good then.

FishHawk, Drain off the liquid, chill in a fridge, vacuum pack and then feeze for best results on frozen frsh bunker.

Ditto Gradys comment but nothing is as good as fresh DT !

Yeah, I know, fresh is best. Period. BUT, not knowing how long the bunker run will last, nor how long the stripers will be here, I may jump on a flat as soon as available and follow above directions. We'll see when they're here, hopefully gelcoat repairs and house repairs will be done in the next two weeks, man I'm goin' nutz to wet a line!
