Ian,
Nice place, I grew up summers in Rehobeth Shores back when it was Nanticoke Shores. I think the lot rent was $50/month, and my Dad had a lifetime lease which was lost when they sold the park.
Alot of good memories, I miss that place.

Nice Video... And If may make a suggestion.........
For Selling purposes only.... I would remove the extra beds so the rooms look LARGER than they are. I had the same issues w/ my trailer. I removed the extra bed... And Whal-A.. Smiley bought it.
