Dave, ditto what Matey said. I've got a 5x8 foot trailer with 14 inch wheels. No brakes but 2000# no problem. Eastern LAncaster county.

Thanks for the offers !
I want to purchase one. I want to transport a new dirt bike and occasionally yard waste.
Those new aluminum ones at Keystone sure are expensive ! $1000-1100. Steel sure is much cheaper !

Keystone has steel.
MGS has steel also. That is what I bought - Steel.
And there is a place on 272S when you are heading down to the beach on the Left side by the Golf Course that is selling trailers now. Maybe COWBOY can swing over and take a peak for you.
But, I would go to Denver and look at the yard. Its FULL of trailers.

Actually bought mine from MGS and they manufactured it. Pequea builds Lancaster County and there's another over by New Holland, see site: www.pequeamachine.com/Belmont is another local manufacturer, see below: www.lanchestertrailer.com/utility.phpJust my observation but I like big wheels on my trailers. They take the road better and keep more shock off your cargo.

Thanks guys.
I purchased a motorcycle hitch carrier instead. I didn't want the hassles of storing the trailer and I can borrow the family truck for the yard waste.
