Just bought a 1988 Proline 21' walk around. Has a 140HP OMC with a Seadrive. Engine has less than 40 hours on it since a top to bottom rebuild in 2005. Came with 1995 Loadrite dual axle galvanized trailer equipped with surge brakes. Also came with a canvas cabin cover, new Hummingbird NS-25 GPS with cards, New ProAngler 400 fish finder, VHF marine radio and a bunch of spare parts. All I needed to do to get it on the water was, new fuel filter and 2 new batteries. It had 2 good batteries, but I wanted to start fresh. Any Ideal what something like this setup is worth?? After I get some ideal what you guys think it is worth, I will let you know what I paid for it.

Guess that I did OK for $1000.00. Just washed it, put in the filter and batteries and off she went. It will do for now.

Sounds like a great buy. That should get you on the water.. Might want to check that gas tank and make sure it isn't one of those fiberglass tanks that ethanol loves to devour. I look forward to seeing you on the bay. I'm on channel 71 give me a call when your out there Mildew 2

Been out to B Buoy, and up to the 74th with it. It does have a metal tank, and I am sure to use the additive that you can buy for the ethanol. The only issue I have with it is the 51 gallon fuel capacity. I did 147 miles round trip the last time out and I used a little over 3/4 tank. Of course we did not catch any keepers though. And I took my Brother, niece, son and myself out past the inlet about 500 yds and we fished there for a while. My niece caught a little sand shark, and my son caught a 14" flounder. Also caught a couple of sea bass that were on the small side. And we limited on clams. So we get to use it as often as possible. I will post some pics as soon as I can get access to the galleries. So far my password is not working there. Mildew, I will hollar for you the next time I get out.

He is a stand up guy.(When he is not drunk and falling down) He has been through some rough spots in his life, and we have propped each other up on many occasions. He is a good guy, and an even greater friend.
