Spicy Italian dressing add a little(and i mean little) soy souce a good dash of worchestier(sp) sauce A-1 or equivalent steak sauce. mix all together Ratios should be - 3 parts italian :1 part steak sauce : dash of worchester sauce with just a shake of soy. Put marinate and venison in a bag so all parts get touched. Let the meat marinate in a refigerator for a minimum of 4-6 hours before cooking. Do not cook the venison all the way through, it is very lean that you want some pink/red inside just make it warm inside and it will be good. Thanks Matey !
